Clean and the staff was very friendly and fairly friendly. We had an a double room with central heating, a safe box, and TV set. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, in the city center. The lunch in Pasghetti's near the property had every choice imaginable. We appreciated staying 6 nights here.

Cozy room and clean bathroom with a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets. Fairly friendly staff, free wake up calls and ironing. Particularly good and great location, minutes from Titanic Museum. What a really nice stay, nothing too much trouble.
